    I totally agree when you said that you have to read the contract of the movers you are going to hire when you secretly are the one for you. In my opinion, doing that will be for your own protection for the duration of their services and while your belongings are being transported to your new place. And I can imagine that the furniture and appliances or equipment being transported in office moving processes would be more expensive which is why the owners have to be more careful about signing any legal document to prevent problems in the future.
