Moving Helper
Where almost everyone starts, and the fastest way to learn the trade.
Core Responsibilities:

- check_circle Carry boxes and furniture, including stairs and walk-ups
- check_circle Load and unload trucks under your foreman's direction
- check_circle Take apart and rebuild beds, tables, and basic furniture
- check_circle Keep the work area clean and the customer in the loop
You need: physical fitness, dependability, and a good attitude. No experience necessary.
Moving Driver
For people comfortable handling a 16 to 26 foot truck on Jersey roads and into the city.
Core Responsibilities:
- check_circle Drive safely between job sites across NJ, NY, and CT
- check_circle Run pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- check_circle Work the job alongside your crew
- check_circle Handle parking, loading docks, and tight residential streets
- check_circle Keep fuel, toll, and mileage paperwork straight
You need: a valid driver's license with a clean record and comfort in traffic. Moving experience preferred.
Moving Foreman
You run the job, lead the crew, and own how the customer feels at the end of the day.
Core Responsibilities:

- check_circle Walk the customer through the plan and manage expectations
- check_circle Handle inventory, paperwork, and payment
- check_circle Decide load order, protection, and how to solve problems on the spot

You need: two or more years of moving experience, clear communication, and the instinct to lead.
