While moving in general is tough, interstate moves require more planning than local moves due to the distance your belongings have to travel. You’ll need to take extra precautions when packing to make sure nothing shifts and you’ll definitely want to create a detailed inventory of everything you’re bringing with you. All of our trucks are outfitted with unique IDs and GPS locators so you can call us up at any time to see where your things are. Even if you don’t call us, we’ll get in touch a day before arrival so you can make sure to be home. Of course, we’ll also notify you of any issues or delays.

Consolidated Shipping
While moving to another state will generally be more expensive than a local move, it doesn’t have to cost tens of thousands of dollars. Instead of renting a truck for your move, you will share a single truck with other customers. We will, of course, label all the boxes and items for each customer and place them in different parts of the truck to avoid any confusion!
Our consolidated shipping service allows you to stay within a reasonable budget, but it does mean it might take longer for your items to arrive. Instead of a specific date, we’ll provide a delivery window of 6-10 days from your move out date. Of course, we’ll be in touch to let you know when we expect to arrive the day before or inform you of any delays.
Exclusive Express Interstate Shipping
If money is not an issue or you need to have your belongings delivered by a certain date, then our exclusive express shipping option might be the perfect option for you. While it is significantly more expensive than the consolidated shipping option, you get much more control over every aspect of the move. You also won’t have to share the truck with other clients so you can rest assured that your belongings don’t get sent to another house.
For this option, you get to choose both your pick-up and drop-off dates. So if you need to start work immediately after your move, you can make sure all of your work clothes are in your new home. As with every move, we do all the heavy lifting for you so you can sit back and relax as we unload everything from our truck.

Making a long-distance move requires a lot of planning and organization. We’re here to take all of the guesswork out of it! Our staff will work closely with you to ensure you have everything you need for a successful and stress-free interstate move. Our support includes the following:

Additional Interstate Moving Services
Our basic moving service offers a lot including basic disassembly of furniture, dismounting TVs, two free wardrobe box rentals, and more. However, we also offer additional services to make your move easier. Of course, these services will increase your bill, but for many people it’s well worth the cost. Our services include:
- Packing – packing is the most time-consuming moving task. Take that off your to-do list and let us handle it for you! You can hire us to pack everything for you or handle a few rooms or areas in your house. If you choose the partial packing option, let us handle the fragile items. That way, should they get damaged in transit, we’ll be held liable.
- Unpacking – in addition to packing, we can also unpack everything for you as well! There’s no reason to let your belongings sit in a box for weeks on end when we can get the job done for you in a few hours!
- Storage – if you can’t move into your house immediately, we offer secure storage facilities for short or long-term rental. We’ll move everything into your storage unit and drive it over to your new place once you’re ready to move in.
- Plastic bin rentals – why deal with cardboard when you can rent plastic bins? Not only are they sturdy, they are also weather and dust-resistant. We’ll drop off the bins a few days before your move and pick them up once you’re done unpacking. You can choose a package for your whole house or rent out a couple bins for some of your more valuable goods.
- Moving Materials – instead of buying things at your local hardware store or off Amazon, buy directly from us. You can trust the quality of your moving supplies because they are the same ones we use when packing up your things. We’ll deliver the items to your door whenever you want.
