  • Full Service – As the name suggests we will pack everything for you. This is our most expensive option, but it’s perfect if you have the money and really don’t want to pack anything. Our crew will handle, wrap, and pack everything with care.
  • Partial Service – If you want to save some money, you can leave the difficult rooms to us while you pack the rest of your home. Just let us know what you need and we’ll do it for you. Some common room requests we receive include the kitchen, living room, garage, and closets.
  • Basic Service – Our basic packing is included in every move. We’ll pack up difficult and fragile items like lamps, TVs, artwork, and more. We’ll include a materials charge in your bill, but it’s better to leave these fragile items to the pros.

Will you bring your own packing supplies?

Yes! We will provide everything to pack up your belongings so you don’t need to purchase a thing except for what you need to pack your stuff.

How long will it take you to pack my home?

It depends on the size of your home. For smaller apartments, we can probably finish packing in 2-3 hours. For larger homes, it might take the whole day. As long as you give us detailed information on what you need, we can give you an accurate timeline.

Will you label and organize my boxes?

Yes, we’ll do our best to organize the boxes so everything is easy to find and unpack later on though we’ll also pack boxes to maximize space too! Luckily, we’ll label the boxes and keep track of your inventory so you know what items are in which boxes.

Do I have to pay extra to unpack at my new home?

Yes, unpacking is not part of our general packing services. If you would like to have us unpack everything, you will need to request this add-on during your initial phone conversation.

What happens if I notice something is broken after I move into my new place?

Give us a call and we’ll work something out. Our insurance will pay $0.60 per pound for damaged or lost items. However, we know your belongings are important to you so we do our best to work with you on proper compensation for damaged items.
